The service and the food are always great here at this location! David offers above and beyond customer service, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring that we are happy with our meal. It is refreshing to see someone who genuinely seems to enjoy his job and cares about the customer.

Where do I even begin? Having the vanilla mixer with butterfinger for the first time was nothing short of a religious experience. The delicious creamy base complements the Butterfinger taste perfectly. It was so good that it distracted me from the equally good fries, and I love fries. I’ll never be the same after this. Rest assured I’ll be back.

Great experience every time I come to Culver’s. The food always tastes great, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to shout out Mr. David. He’s welcomed me back, brought out my food with a positive attitude, and genuinely made the experience better. On a previous visit when the restaurant was very busy and understaffed, he stayed upbeat, worked hard, and even gave my family free ice cream for the wait. That kind of service really stands out and shows how much they care about customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back

We had our first Culver's experience today and it was fantastic. Mr. David greeted us and brought our dog Roman a pup-cup! He loved it. The food is fantastic and much better quality than other competitors. Highly recommend if you haven't tried.

This was my first time trying Culver’s, and I must say that it was awesome! Everything was fresh and brought out in a timely manner. Mr. David (manager) at the Winchester location was friendly and customer-oriented. He cares about his customers and wants to provide top-notch service to all. Also, there wasn’t a long wait time, plus it wasn’t crowded either, and this was around lunch time. You should definitely stop by this new location and give them a try!

We were in the mood for burgers and stopped here because we have never tried Culvers before. We ordered online and they delivered it out to us in our vehicle, which was a nice touch. I had a Butter Burger with a Salted Caramel Concrete, and my hubby had a Mushroom Swiss burger with a Strawberry shake. The burgers were hot and juicy and seasoned very well. There was a list of available options as far as toppings, etc which was nice. My concrete was a nice treat...salted caramel and marshmallow cream mixed in for a sweet salty result that was super yummy! My hubby's strawberry shake had real strawberries mixed in and was very thick and creamy. I tried the Cheese Curds as my side and they were crunchy and chewy with melty cheese inside.....I got their signature dipping sauce with them, which is a version of Ranch dressing with a little more zing to it. Very good! Hubby had crinkle fries (his favorite), and he said they were hot and fresh. Overall, a great experience, and I have definitely added Culvers to my list of fast food burger choices.

David at Culver’s absolutely made my day! From the moment I walked in, his customer service was top-tier—friendly, genuine, and incredibly welcoming. He went above and beyond by not only making sure my order was perfect, but also taking the time to show me how I could get a free sundae on my next visit (which was such a pleasant surprise!). You can tell David truly cares about people and takes pride in his work. His kindness and positive attitude turned a simple stop at Culver’s into a standout experience. Employees like David are the reason customers keep coming back. Culver’s is lucky to have him—give this man a raise!
